This is a completely faulted application. The “forward us your travel confirmation” feature to automatically add your travel plans does not work and I received over 50 automatically generated replies saying they can’t do it and they keep coming clogging up my inbox. On top of that you can’t print out your itinerary after you have taken the time to input it all and can only access it when you are connected to the internet. Not terribly convenient when you are traveling on airplanes etc… What a waste!
Launch the app and buttons on the left side navigation do not work. I’m using El Capitain. Furthermore, when you sign up on their website for an account, theyre not using HTTPS, which means your password is transmitted in plain text. If you’re accepting passwords or any login credentials, please fix that! Who know’s if the data you’re storing is encrypted either.
Whan launched, the application opens a pop-up window with the message “Cannot connect to server”. There is no way to overcome this. Furthermore, when trying to send a message to the support, one gets the same error message from the browser. Apple Store should check such aspects before publishing any software: I have paid and I cannot get a fix.
the app is awful. should be droped from app store. it does not sync with iPad and iPhone. company does not reply to the emails I sent. How can I get my money back????
Tho pretty basic, i have had luck sharing data inputted on my iPhone &iMac &MacAir. I liked TripTracker for the iPhone but doesnt seem 2 b offered 4 the OSX, so i was looking for a Trip App that shared between IOS &OSX, this seems to do a fairly decent job. I have been using it since last fall, frequent flights to and from Hawaii from CA.
What it does do is trivial and not particularly useful use TravTracker on your mobile and you will get a real application. Have not found a way to make the submission of an airline confirmation populate the app.
Doesnt work, not user friendly. I emailed in my confirmations and nothing has happened, I have not way of contacting the company and the help feature is useless.
